This complete and well-prepared specimen of Antrimpos speciosus is situated in the upper half of a nice slab of Solnhofen limestone, just to the left of center, with the rostrum, carapace, abdomen and uropod quite well-preserved and derived, as are a number of the legs.  The chelicerae (mouthparts) are  well-prepared and are prominent. A number of the remaining legs are well-defined.  Several shorter antenna are appreciated which extend anterior to the specimen. The limestone slab is uniformly beige (except for one small area along the left slab margin) and is solid and without defect.  This is a well-prepared example of a very nicely preserved, large and attractive Solnhofen shrimp offered at a reasonable price.
